This is Windows SmartScreen's default prompt for new apps. Click 'More info', then 'Run anyway'. Overleap is EV code-signed and this prompt won't appear after installation.

macOS says 'cannot verify the developer'?

Accepted Answer

After first install, go to System Settings then Privacy and Security, find the Overleap prompt at the bottom, and click 'Open Anyway'. Subsequent launches won't show this. For VPN mode, you'll be guided to allow the system extension.

Android install blocked and need help?

Accepted Answer

Open the Overleap desktop app, go to Account → Other Device Install → Android Phone Install, connect your phone via USB cable, and follow the wizard to install automatically.

Overleap is Apple notarized and Windows EV code-signed. All installers are distributed via HTTPS with verifiable SHA-256 checksums. The k2 protocol core is under an independent security audit programme.
